No chance this will go through. Zero.

I HOPE THIS WINS FOR CALIFORNIA, AND THEN AMERICA!

THE LAWS ON MARIJUANA ARE SO SLANTED, THEY REAK OF DISCRIMANATION. SORRY FOR ANY MISPELLED WORDS, I HAVE SUFFERED TWO STROKES, THE FIRST ONE I GOT OVER, THE SECOND ONE WAS CAUSED BY A DRUGED UP DRIVER WHO GOT NO PROSECUTION. THE D.A. MISSED ON THIS ONE. SHE WAS DRIVING
ON KLONOPINE A PRESCRIPTION DRUG, A ANTI-ANXIETY DRUG THAT REMAINS ACTIVE FOR 24 HOURS. IT CAUSED HER TO BLACK OUT.

I AM IN OREGON, AND HAVE A LICENSE FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA, BUT FEEL IT IS TIME FOR IT TO BE LEGAL FOR ALL WHO WANTS TO USE IT.

I WILL WATCH THE NEWS ON THIS MATTER AND HOPE THIS PASSES,
I HAVE SPOKE TO HUNDREDS OF OREGONIANS, AND THEY FEEL THE
    SAME.

    GOOD LUCK!

The difference amidst recreational consumption and medical employment of cannabis begs to be acknowledged. Even though I think that a responsible adult should have the right to use marijuana recreationally, I do believe, without doubt, allowing an ill person use of a plant with a long history of medical value ought to be accepted and legal. Cannabis has a great potential as a medication and more awareness and acceptance is needed. In Summary, legalize it!
